Since 16 June 2025, CoZo switched from its own proxy management system to the federal eHealth mandate system (see announcement). When logging onto the CoZo-platform, you can use the eHealth functionalities "For my child" ("Voor mijn kind") and "Under the mandate of" ("Onder het mandaat van") for some time already to view your child's or a mandator's medical results. Because these registrations were previously only an administrative reflection of the national register and did not take into account certain legal cases (e.g. persons deprived of parental rights), it was necessary to register an additional proxy on CoZo. The federal government's eHealth department now does additional access verifications itself, making this additional proxy on CoZo unnecessary.
How can I consult my child's medical results?
For children up to 15 years of age
Parents can - without additional registration - view their children's medical results on CoZo until the child turns 16. To do this, when logging into the CoZo-platform, select your child under the heading "For my child" ("Voor mijn kind") and then click on “Confirm profile” (“Profiel bevestigen”). You will immediately see the medical results of the selected child.
For young people from 16 years of age
From the age of 16, it is no longer possible to select your child via "For my child" ("Voor mijn kind") section. If you still want to log into Myhealth or CoZo on behalf of your child, you can register a healthcare mandate of type "Beheer van gezondheidsgegevens" or "Gestion des données de santé".

How can I consult the medical results of a person I legally represent?
If you are a healthcare mandate holder (mandate type "Beheer van gezondheidsgegevens" or "Gestion des données de santé") for a person, you can select this person when logging into CoZo via "Under the mandate of" ("Onder het mandaat van"). Then click on “Confirm profile” (“Profiel bevestigen”). You will immediately see this person's medical results.

Patients can no longer register proxies themselves on the CoZo platform.
CoZo employees cannot register proxies either.
Switching between eHealth profiles
To select another person via "For my child" ("Voor mijn kind") and "Under the mandate of" ("Onder het mandaat van"), you need to log out and then back into the CoZo-platform. When logging into the CoZo-platform, you can select another person via "For my child" ("Voor mijn kind") and "Under the mandate of" ("Onder het mandaat van").
When you log out, the browser asks you which sessions you wish to close. For security reasons, it is advisable to log out from service providers (via button “Afmelden bij dienstverleners”), so all active sessions (e.g. also in Myhealth) are terminated.
